What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Debit, Check/Money Order, Fax-Credit Card and wire transfer, etc. Credit Card is highly recommended, as it is the quickest way for you to receive the license key after payment.

How long will it take to receive my license key after the purchase?
It depends on the payment method you use. Generally, you can receive the order confirmation email which contains the registration information immediately if you pay the order by credit card or PayPal. If you do not receive it after 1 hours, you can contact our support team directly.
Is this a lifetime license (software will never expire)?
Yes. One time payment only. your license is a perpetual license that you can use forever. XFCut license does not expire.
Can one license be used on both macOS and Windows?
Our license cannot be cross-platform. Mac license cannot activate on Windows, and Windows license cannot be used to activate on macOS. Offering single-platform licences allows us to keep prices as low as possible for users who do not need to run XFCut on more than one operating system.
I entered the wrong email address when placing an order, what should I do?

What can I do if I don't receive an order confirmation email?

Once we identify your order, we will resend the license information to you.
